At Cognition, we stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within the first week of purchase, as long as the account has not made use of the premium features. Please contact us at admin@cognition.run to initiate a refund. The refund will be processed through the original method of payment. All yearly subscriptions, For Individuals ($990) and For Teams ($2,990), are eligible for a full refund within the first week of purchase.
